A/N: For the P100 challenge 347: Picture Prompt. Part of my Under The Moonlight wolfverse series. Thanks go to the wonderful Fred for looking at this for me.
Shadow bounded through the trees, dashing this way and that through the snow as he followed a variety of enticing scents. He froze as he heard a sound, his nose twitching and then he dived head first into a snow drift, gulping down his prize in one bite.
He emerged with a wolfish grin and shook his thick fur free of snow, before dashing back to join Nick with his tail wagging furiously.
“Enjoying yourself?”
Shadow gave a single bark before he Shifted and took Nick in his arms for a kiss. “Thanks for coming with me, Nick. Happy Christmas.”
