“Haven't you finished yet?”

“No more than when you last asked me.”

“I'm bored.”

“What do you expect me to do about it?”

“I can think of something...”

“I'm sure you can.”

“Well?”

“If you hadn't noticed, we're at work.”

“And?”

“Some of us have standards.”

“Are you saying I don't?”

“...”

“Ah, my reputation for shagging any place, any time. You've never complained about it before.”

“Why would I want to complain about it?”

“But you won't shag me now.”

“Don't pout.”

“Come on, James. I'll make it worth your while. Please...”

“You're incorrigible, Stephen.”

Please.

“Fine, I'm listening.”

LOL!

I do like the way this is totally dialogue. It creates the illusion of far more than 100 words because of the numerous line breaks, and it works very well as a drabble.

Thanks, I wrote part of this when I was bored so good to know it worked and something useful came out of the course ;)

Glad you liked it and thanks for reading.

Hee! Lovely. I do like all-dialogue things, and this is a cracker :)

*bows* Thanks, I wrote some of this as dialogue and then saw the perfect prompt for it.

Thanks for reading.

LOL, I'm sure Stephen can be very persuasive ^_^

Hee, I don't think anyone could resist Stephen's pout, not even James. :)

[identity profile] knitekat.livejournal.com 2013-09-23 07:12 pm (UTC)(link)
Stephen knows how to get what he wants, and he knows no one can resist his pout - definitely not James ;)

Thanks for reading.

Thanks, Stephen knows how to get his way.

That didn't take much persuasion... *g*

Great drabble.

Hee! I like the effect of just dialogue without tags. It gives a very complete scene - and makes 100 words go much further than usual.

[identity profile] knitekat.livejournal.com 2013-10-03 06:42 pm (UTC)(link)
Good to know it worked and 100 words definitely goes further without the tags.

Thanks for reading.
