A/N: For the P100 challenge 202 Loyalty. Part of my Dreams Of Yesterday drabble series. Thanks to Fred for looking at it for me. Probably angsty.

Stephanie found James fast asleep on his computer. Leaning over to switch it off, she sighed softly as the screen showed her what James was working on. She ran her fingers through James' hair and smiled as he mumbled in his sleep.

She had always admired James for his endless loyalty and devotion to her and their family. But at the moment, she feared for his health and sanity. He was running himself into the ground as he sought a cure for her and she couldn't help but wonder what he'd do afterwards... she hoped their sons would be enough.
