A/N: For the P100 challenge 196 Phobia. Continues my Dreams of Yesterday drabble series. More angsty angst for Lester. Thanks to Fred for looking it over.

James smiled softly as he recalled how they had always been there to support each other.

He remembered how she had teased him about his almost obsessive neatness, accusing him of having a phobia of disorder.

He also remembered how she had made the appointment for him and not laughed when he had been force to admit, embarrassment colouring his face red, his severe fear of dentists; how she had soothed his brow, held his hand and his fear had vanished.

He had done the same as she'd lain in her hospice bed, wishing he could chase her fears away.
