“It appears someone at the United Nations paid attention during Convergence. They know about the anomalies and the Minister has decided we are going to explain to the Security Council”
“You mean, he’s thrown us to the wolves?”
“Precisely.”
“Why me?”
“Because Cutter, as the expert on anomalies, will be accompanying us.”
“Is that a good idea?”
“Of course not. Which is why you are going.”
“Aren’t you happy to see me?”
“No, Dr Cutter, we are not.”
