This was slowly turning into one of Lester’s worse nightmares.

If he’d thought the anomalies becoming public knowledge or the ARC being outed had been bad… this was far worse.

Why the minister had agreed… No, he knew why. Money to balance the books and fame when the minister had preened in his many interviews.

But this…

The book deal had been bad enough – what with the minister insisting they answered the author’s questions, no matter how probing.

But being forced to attend the bloody book launch at several London bookshops, with the heaving crowds… was a step too far.
