“The minister thought he was being subtle with his questions today.”
“Oh?” Christine murmured before looking up, a smirk on her lips. “About your summer holiday plans?”
“Precisely. Has he obtained your dates?”
“Yes, the poor dear was trying so hard I accidentally left them out for him to see.”
“Of course. So, two weeks holiday with the children and no need to worry the minister will cock things up while we are away.”
“Do you know where he’s going?”
“Tenerife. I was considering the Bahamas. Sun, sea and swimming with the pigs."
“Sounds ideal. The children will love it.”
