James regretted doing so as he stared at the monstrosity currently spread out on his… on their bed.
“It’s not going to wear itself, my dear.”
“Haven’t you had enough payback yet?”
“You could consider it that…” Christine agreed, magnanimously, “Or you could consider it a chance to make the children at the hospital happy that Father Christmas has personally come to deliver them their presents.”
“Chrissie…,” James trailed off when he heard the whine start. “Fine, but there better not be any photos.”
“Who would I show them to, darling?”
