“Which miscreant did you mistake me for?”

“Er…”

“And what exactly have they been ‘up to’?”

“It’s nothing, sir.”

“Really? Then why tell me to ‘take a hike’ in such a vehement manner? Not to mention calling me ‘sir’?”

“I thought you liked it when I called you ‘sir’?”

“And don’t change the subject.”

“Si… James, I…”

“Are you having second thoughts?”

“James!”

“I told you when we started… mmmffph.”

“And I told you I wanted this. I love you.”

“I love you too.”
