“Lied to? By who?”
“You don’t think Lester’s stopped you going through the anomalies for your safety, do you? He’s got his own agenda.”
“You don’t know that.”
“I do. I was too close to finding the truth and… look what happened to me. Come on, Stephen, do you really trust Lester?”
“I.. I’ll look into it.”
“Stephen… just watch your step. Lester will kill you if you find the truth.”
“Lester didn’t kill you.”
“No, but I have information we wants.. once he gets it...”
