A/N: For P100 prompt 751: Fall of Civilisations. Set in my Cry Wolf ‘verse and possibly follows Fast Food.


Helen lay awake long into the night, her thoughts churning over what the neo-Troodons might be planning. Now the Anomaly project had been closed down, they had all of time to stalk… Was that it? Had they shut the ARC so they could stalk and hunt humanity throughout time? A humanity which wouldn’t be like eating fast food?


She frowned, her thoughts turning to the history she’d learned in school. Had the neo-Troodons’ been responsible for the fall of every civilisation? A united society might have the organisation and/or the technology to fight them, disparate bands would have no hope.
