“Found it!”

I winced when Connor tripped and fell face first into Chrissie’s prized flowerbeds. Even worse, he released the egg which rolled to a stop by my foot. Before I could react, the shell cracked open and deposited a rather wet and definitely unsteady on its feet creature on my expensive shoe. “What the F… blazes?”

“It’s a Stegosaurus,” Connor helpfully informed me as he proceeded to demolish the flowerbeds. “Er.. it’s a veggiesaur.”

“I do know what a Stegosaurus is, Temple,” I growled out. “What I want to know is why is it looking at me like that?”
