A/N: For P100 prompt 716: Friends and Lovers. Yeah… idk, ask the muse. Deathfic? Maybe this will convince the muse to write something happier ;)


I knew I walked hand-in-hand with death, closer than friends if further than lovers. Iron filled my mouth and I spat red onto the barren sands littered with sun-bleached bones, human and future predators alike.

Still I trudged on, following the ADD’s signal as it led me to the next anomaly, hoping it would take me to the correct time and place to stop this disaster. To kill the destroyer of worlds before it was too late for everyone.

I could only hope that death wouldn’t cause even more problems, after all, I would be pulling the trigger on myself.
