Title: A Christmas To Remember
Author: knitekat
Word Count: 100
Characters: James Lester/Christine Johnson
Rating: 15
Disclaimer: Primeval belongs to Impossible Pictures. Certainly not me. Writing for fun and will replace.
A/N: For P100 prompt 712: Christmas Cheer. For a certain meaning of the words ;) Set in my Smokescreen ‘verse.
James looked up at his wife’s gleeful cry before starting to worry at the calculating look on her face. “Do I want to know?”
Chrissie grinned at she almost threw a duplicate envelop at him. “Our dear fuckwit-in-charge has ‘invited’ us to a masquerade Christmas dinner.”
“When?”
“You could always open yours.” Chrissie pointed out before relenting “On the 24th.”
“Does he ever consider we might have made plans for two days from now?”
“We’ll make new ones.”
“Oh?” James grinned evilly back at her. “A little Christmas cheer, my dear?”
Chrissie nodded. “He won’t think of inviting us again.”
