A/N: For P100 prompt 708: Neighbours.


If you asked their neighbours, the family at number 27 were absolutely normal. Both parents busy with careers but they still made time for their three children. Friendly, if a bit reserved, although they took part in community events more often than not.

They both worked in government and it was the widely held belief it was something like taxes or parking, both taboo subjects in the neighbourhood. Still they were good neighbours so none held that against them.

Therefore, it was something of a shock to see James Lester being questioned on TV when Convergence broke on every station.
