Primeval Drabble: Waiting For The Surprise

Title: Waiting For The Surprise
Author: knitekat
Word Count: 100
Characters: James Lester, (Helen Cutter)
Rating: 12
Disclaimer: Primeval belongs to Impossible Pictures. Certainly not me. Writing for fun and will replace.
A/N: For P100 prompt 675: Easter Eggs. Sequel to Nap Time and a bit of a sideswipe at the prompt.

Lester gripped the door frame for a moment, gathering his waning strength before barely managing to stagger back to his bed. He felt as weak as the proverbial kitten as he crawled beneath the covers.

If he felt this bad after a trip to the bathroom, he knew he certainly wasn’t in any state to deal with Helen and whatever surprises she still hadn’t bothered to inform him about.

He just knew she was waiting for the right moment, when he was off-balance enough to believe whatever claptrap she uttered… that and fit enough for whatever mayhem she had planned.

Lester nods at the vote of condidence... now if only he didn't felt so tired.

Thanks for reading.

James isn't having a good time at the moment... he even allows you to hug him without a fight.

Thanks for reading.
