Stephen watched his first class slowly fill; this was the moment he’d been working towards for years and now… he wasn’t sure he was ready.

He glanced around at the faces eager to learn from him, him, and realised the last seats were being taken. It was almost time and all Stephen could feel was a bubble of panic rising within him.

A bubble which faded when he met his lover’s eyes. Nick had been there every step of the way, inspiring Stephen to do better and now he was here to watch the culmination of Stephen’s, of their dreams.
