A/N: For P100 prompt 667: After the Storm. Sequel to Ice Age and Breathless.
Lester staggered several steps away from the thankfully now closed anomaly, before slumping to his knees as his thudding heart slowed in his heaving chest. He shivered uncontrollably, adrenalin fading from his system, although the temperature change from freezing snowstorm to the blazing sunshine he now found himself in probably didn’t help.
He raised a shaking hand to shield his eyes, his gaze darting around before he huffed a disappointed sign when he realised that not only was he alone, but he had no idea where he had ended up.
Glancing around again, he amended that to where or when.
