Niall’s furtive glances had me biting back a sigh. “I’m sure it will be perfect.” Although my eyebrow rose at the wrapping paper. “Ice Age?”
“It’s got a mammoth on it.”
“So it has,” I agreed, carefully opening my birthday present to reveal a wooden plaque. I flipped it over and snorted as I read the carved words, “Gone Mammoth’.
“James?”
The worry in his voice had me dragging him into a heated kiss. “It’s perfect,” I informed him once I had my breath back. I traced the exact image of Monty that he’d carved into the wood. “Absolutely perfect.”
