Primeval Drabble: Things That Are Difficult To Deal With
Title: Things That Are Difficult To Deal With
Author: knitekat
Word Count: 100
Characters: Tom Ryan/James Lester
Rating: 12
Disclaimer: Primeval belongs to Impossible Pictures. Certainly not me. Writing for fun and will replace.
A/N: For P100 prompt 639: Stormy Weather. Definition: Things that are difficult to deal with. Probably a bit of a side swipe. Also for Ryan month on Primeval Denial.
If Ryan’s failed marriage had taught him anything, it was that you should never go to bed angry. It was why he owed James an apology. He had no excuse for snapping at him over James’ concerned enquiry. Certainly not his frustrations over being benched or the uncertainty of whether he’d be able to return to active duty.
Ryan open his mouth to apology, but James beat him to it. “I must apology, Tom. I shouldn’t take my frustration out on you over the situation between Cutter and Hart.”
“Or Johnson?” Ryan asked before closing the gap. “I’m sorry too.”
