Title: Dinner Reservations
Author: knitekat
Word Count: 100
Characters: Hilary Becker/James Lester
Rating: 12
Disclaimer: Primeval belongs to Impossible Pictures. Certainly not me. Writing for fun and will replace.
A/N: For P100 prompt 634: Dinner Reservations. A sequel to Butterflies. Also for Primeval Denial’s Becker month.
Becker had been fretting all day, all week really. Ever since he’d kissed Lester in the medical bay and then ran away. Since he’d gone back to apologise and ended up kissing Lester again, needing to know he was still alive after everything. And definitely since he’d asked Lester out and couldn’t take those impulsive words back, not that Becker wanted to.
His local was a great place, the staff friendly yet discrete, but as he entered with Lester by his side, Becker couldn’t help worry it wouldn’t be upmarket enough.
“Stop worrying, Becks, I’ve been to a pub before.”
