The butterflies which had taken up residence in Becker’s stomach began to flutter madly as he walked towards the medical bay, towards Lester.

He cursed, remembering how relieved he’d been to find Lester alive, if injured. Of making sure he was last out, meaning to speak to Lester but had, on seeing him all bloodied and in pain, kissed him. OK, he’d snogged Lester until he’d run out of air and then beat a hasty retreat before Lester could say a word.

Becker swallowed, knowing he had to face Lester and find out if he’d blown his chance with him.
