Title: Snow And Ice
Author: knitekat
Word Count: 100
Characters: James Lester
Rating: 12
Disclaimer: Primeval belongs to Impossible Pictures. Certainly not me. Writing for fun and will replace.
A/N: For P100 prompt 613: Snow and Ice
Lester had considered spending the night at the ARC, but the weather hadn’t looked that bad when he was ready to leave.
He’d quickly come to regret that decision when he been reminded that other drivers didn’t know how to drive – either slowly crawling along in obviously fear of ice or driving far too fast for the conditions. He winced when he passed one car which had obviously skidded into the side of another.
His fingers were white-knuckled and aching by the time he finally arrived home, but seeing the smile of his lover’s face made every harrowing moment worthwhile.
