A/N: For P100 prompt 591: Witchcraft. Set in the same ‘verse as Bewitched and Breaking The Spell.
Lester considered his options now he knew Helen was far more dangerous than he’d realised. The befuddlement spells she’d cast on Cutter and Hart had been some of the most intricate he’d seen, removing them had given him a migraine for the entire weekend.
He knew he couldn’t just tell his team the truth, not unless he wanted to be sectioned, and informing the Council would be even worse. He sighed and dialled a number from memory, knowing she’d want more than he was willing to pay but what other choice did he have? “Christine? A moment of your time.”
