The aftermath of New Dawn and Philip Burton's (un)fortunate demise had taken all of James' attention and, with his eye off the ball, Connor had taken over their wedding planning. In hindsight, James knew he should have dealt with it himself, or had Abby or even Jess help. But Connor had perfected his puppy-dog look and James just couldn't say no to him planning their nuptials.
In truth, with a theme of autumn colours, James had been hopeful that Connor would chose something muted, something understated... but apparently cranberry and gold were the new 'in' colours for the autumn range.
