Title: Cotton vs Silk
Author: knitekat
Word Count: 100
Characters: James Lester/Connor Temple
Rating: 15
Disclaimer: Primeval belongs to Impossible Pictures. Certainly not me. Writing for fun and will replace.
A/N: For the P100 challenge 422: Egypt. Also for my Primeval Bingo card (round 7) prompt: Curtainfic (3/25). Thanks goes to Fred for casting her eye over it for me.
Connor couldn't keep the smile from his face as he shopped for bedding with James. Bedding for the bed they would share.
“I think this would be ideal.” James rubbed a sheet between his fingers.
“Egyptian cotton?” Connor asked. “I would have thought you'd have wanted silk.”
“1000 thread count Egyptian cotton is almost as good as silk and is far more hard wearing, not to mention easier to wash.”
“But you wear silk boxers...” Connor blushed when he noticed the approaching shop assistant.
“Yes,” James agreed. “But I don't plan on you coming on them.”
“Oh.” Connor's blush grew.
