Title: Unwanted Publicity
Author: knitekat
Word Count: 100
Characters: James Lester, OC, (Abby Maitland, Connor Temple)
Rating: 12
Disclaimer: Primeval belongs to Impossible Pictures. Certainly not me. Writing for fun and will replace.
A/N: For the P100 challenge 400: Picture Prompt #7. Thanks go to Fred for choosing the picture for my entry and for looking at the resulting drabble.
James Lester smoothed his tie flat and took a deep, calming breath. Convergence had made the anomalies public knowledge and it hadn't surprised him when the minister had sensed votes. He just wished the bumbling idiot had left them out of his power grab.
He blinked when a microphone was almost shoved under his nose. “Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce my guests, James Lester, head of the Anomaly Research Centre, and Abby and Connor Maitland-Temple, creature and technology experts.”
Lester, for once in his life as the innane interviewer continued to wrabble, wished that an anomaly would open up.
