Lester shook his head, they had more pressing concerns, surviving the current apocalypse for one. He turned towards Matt, knowing his next words might damn them both. “Ready?”

Matt nodded and tugged Becker in for a kiss. “Let's do this.” He shot Lester at look before striding towards Becker's truck.

Lester bit back a sigh before wobbling slightly, enough that Becker stopped and grabbed his arm instead.

“I'm perfectly capable of walking.” Knowing he snapped because of the plan. That if Becker ever found out his involvement in Matt's plan... well, he was sure Becker would make his displeasure known.
