“How?” Matt demanded as he spun around.
“If I turn off the power supply the anomaly should close.”
Becker felt hope flare in his heart before he frowned at Burton's choice of words. “Should?”
“If we reach it before it becomes self-sustaining.”
“And if we don't?” Becker had to know.
“Than we try plan B.” Matt replied, although when Becker met his gaze he noticed the confidence wasn't reflected in Matt's eyes.
“Matt?”
“And was anyone going to ask me?”
The three men spun to face Lester, supported by Emily.
“Should you be up, James?”
“Don't change the subject, Anderson.”
