Title: The Undiscovered Country
Author: knitekat
Word Count: 100
Characters: James Lester, Connor Temple.
Rating: 12
Disclaimer: Primeval belongs to Impossible Pictures. Certainly not me. Writing for fun and will replace.
A/N: For the P100 challenge 338: The Undiscovered Country. Part of my Making An Impression drabble series and follows on from Just One Change.
James had volunteered to make their hot chocolate, telling Connor to continue without him, not that he expected Connor to do so for his husband still assumed everyone shared his interests. He bit back a sigh, he really had no wish to sit through bloody Star Trek but... if it distracted Connor from his understandable worry over Burton...
He didn't bother pasting a smile on his face, Connor would know it was a lie, but he did pass Connor his mug before sitting beside him. He tugged Connor close and found the film actually wasn't as bad as he'd feared.

Date: 2013-11-01 01:42 pm (UTC)Nice take on the prompt. Poor James will probably have to get used to watching SF films - and not drifting off as Connor will want to talk about them afterwards. :)
