Abby wanted to drag Lester away from Connor when she found him sitting beside her friend's bedside. At least, she did until she realised Lester was clutching Connor's hand as tears streaked his face, begging Connor to come back to him and that he was sorry for everything.

She had no idea how they managed as a couple, considering she'd been tempted to kill Connor on occasions over his untidiness and she wasn't as obsessively neat as Lester. But, somehow the ultimate odd couple had found a way and Abby found herself hoping that they would find it once more.
