Matt carefully approached the doors to the operating theatre, extinguisher at the ready as he listened for any sounds from within. He was almost bowled over when the doors suddenly crashed open and someone clad in blood-splattered green almost ran him down.

The individual scrambled to their feet and just reached one of the bins before they vomited until all they brought up was bile.

Matt paused for a heartbeat in indecision before continuing on. He peered inside to see wheel tracks leading out another door. Worse, though, were the bloody footprints of something clawed, something that was following them.
