Title: Behind New Dawn
Author: knitekat
Word Count: 100
Characters: Connor Temple, (Philip Burton)
Rating: 12
Disclaimer: Primeval belongs to Impossible Pictures. Certainly not me. Writing for fun and will replace.
A/N: For the P100 challenge 284: Future Predator. Part of my Making An Impression drabble series and follows No Longer For Sale. Thanks to Fred for looking it over for me.
Connor barely stopped his sigh of relief when Philip was called away to take an important telephone call. He doubted he could've continued his pretence for much longer. How could he have ever looked up to Philip? Hero-worshipped him?
Connor took a deep breath. He needed to keep the façade going if he was going to find out what Philip was really up to and where James was.
He glanced back at New Dawn, but first, he needed to know if Philip was responsible for that hellish, future predator filled world Matt was trying to prevent. James would expect it.
