Title: Winning Ways
Author: knitekat
Word Count: 100
Characters: Stephanie Lester (OC), (James Lester, OC)
Rating: 12
Disclaimer: Primeval belongs to Impossible Pictures. Certainly not me. Writing for fun and will replace.
A/N: For the P100 challenge 279: Winning. Part of my Dreams Of Yesterday drabble series and definitely NOT angsty ;) Thanks go to Fred for looking at it for me.
Stephanie had a hard time keeping a smile from her face while James tried to convince the dubious farmer to let them camp in one of his fields while they caved.
James had a way with words that had almost everyone eating out of his hand; believing whatever he told them as he swayed them with his winning personality. Stephanie was of the firm opinion that not only would her boyfriend be successful in gaining the farmer's permission, but that he would have a great future in diplomacy.
Either that, Stephanie decided, or as the greatest con artist in existence.
