Primeval drabble: Now What?
Aug. 5th, 2012 04:39 pmTitle: Now What?
Author: knitekat
Word Count: 100
Characters: Philip Burton, Connor Temple.
Rating: 12
Disclaimer: Primeval belongs to Impossible Pictures. Certainly not me. Writing for fun and will replace.
A/N: For the P100 challenge 274: Running Late. Part of my Making An Impression drabble series and follows The Winning Plan. Thanks go to Fred for looking at it for me, cheers m'dear.
Philip smiled as he summoned Connor to discuss the latest anomaly data, interrupting him mid-check on his ADD upgrade. He knew Connor would hurry and it would be the perfect moment to put his plan into action.
He waited ten minutes after receiving Connor's text that he was on his way... and pressed the button to start the lockdown program. Fifteen minutes later he called Connor. “Where are you?”
“I'm still at the ARC”. Connor sounded guilty. “Something's triggered lockdown. Philip, we're trapped.”
Philip closed his eyes, he should have known Connor would managed to get himself trapped.

I'm pretty sure Connor can figure something out. He's a smart guy. MUCH smarter than Philip. :-P
