Title: Time To Hunt
Author: knitekat
Word Count: 100
Characters: James Lester
Rating: 15
Disclaimer: Primeval belongs to Impossible Pictures. Certainly not me. Writing for fun and will replace.
A/N: For the P100 challenge 267: Football. Part of my Under The Moonlight wolfverse series and set pre-ARC. Thanks go to Fred for looking this over for me, cheers m'dear.
A/N2: Definition of Football used:-1) A problem or issue that is discussed among groups or persons without being settled or 2) a problem, issue, etc., that is continually passed from one group or person to another and treated as a pretext for argument instead of being resolved.
James sighed softly as he read the report. Why hadn't someone dealt with this problem? What idiots had just passed it from pillar to post, too stupid or lazy to solve it before it had grown into this complicated mess.
Now it was his responsibility and he idly wondered if whoever had set this pass the parcel going had ever expected it to land on James' desk?
He snorted, of course they hadn't. Just as they wouldn't learn of the consequences of their lack of action.
James checked his weapon and stood. It was time for the wolf to hunt.
