Connor groaned as he woke.

“Ah, sleeping beauty wakes.”

Oh fuck. Oh fuck. Connor blushed as he remembered falling into Lester's arms and then... nothing.

“This habit of talking in your sleep... interesting.”

Oh fuck.

“A security risk, true,” Lester continued, “But such a fascinating insight into the... mind of one Connor Temple.”

“Um. Lester. I can explain.” What the hell had he said to Lester?

“You can?”

“Um...”

“I believe it was 'Let's get married, James.'”

“Oh.”

“Oh?”

“I can explain.” I hope.

“Really? And the kiss?”

Poor Connor! I imagine he has a very awkward explanation coming... I've just made my way through this whole series, it's so cute! I've never been able to write drabbles myself, so I'm quite impressed with how you're managing to portray a relationship developing in little snippets. I have a weakness for boys being oblivious and I like how the little bit of angstiness fits in without being overwhelming. (And I now have an urge to go read Matt/Becker...)
