“Ms Maitland! Really there is no need…”
“Lester! You’ve got to talk to Burton.”
“Ms Maitland, this is not...”
“Please.”
“Are you OK? What is the matter? Did Burton...”
“It’s the Menagerie. It’s full. There’s no more room for any more creatures and Becker reports they couldn’t repatriate all of them from the anomaly.”
“What do I pay him for?”
“Lester!”
“Fine. Well… just shoot a couple… Joke.”
“That’s not funny. Couldn’t you convince Burton to find a bigger facility for them?”
“After his near-death he blames on them?”
“Please.”
“Go on. I’ll see what I can do.”
“Thank you.”
