A/N: For P100 prompt 948 – Following Orders. Part 36 of my Cry Wolf 'verse. All you need to know is that disguised neo-Troodons exist and Lester is one of them.




The latest meeting had more scientists showing worrying signs of sympathy for the military option. Not that they’d outright backed it; still too curious about the mammals to want them immediately erased.

But my rival had noticed and would do her best to sway them.

If the scientists and military ever agreed and called for the ultimate sanction. If the Queens agreed... I had no idea how I'd feel about following orders. Once I would have obeyed, trusting my Queens’ implicitly, but now...

It appeared my rival was correct about one thing – I'd grown far too fond of my mammals.
