“The Minister’s expressed his opinion on my ability to manage this project.”

“Ah.”

“Precisely. He’s not impressed by our recent loses.”

“And he’s blaming you. I’ll resign.”

“What?”

“It’s my fault.”

“I’m not throwing you to the wolves.”

“You need to keep control. Let me take the blame.”

“None of this is your fault.”

“Isn’t it? You gave me one job and I screwed it up. First Cutter, then Quinn, Temple and Abby and now… Please, James. Let me do this.”

“Becks….”

“Please, let me do something right.”

“Becks… Fine. I won’t leave you out in the cold.”
