A/N: For P100 prompt 905 – Scandinavia. Bit of a sideswipe, but I struggled with this (interview prep does not make a muse-friendly environment). Possibly set in my Smokescreen 'verse.
"Daddy? Daddy! Can we go?"
"We don't want to miss him."
"Could we miss him?"
"No, Luc, you won't miss him. Now, children, behave and no teasing or you'll be on the naughty list."
"And you'd know all about that, wouldn't you James."
"Chrissie!"
"Yes?"
"Ch... Alright, is everyone ready?"
"Yes!"
"One moment, James. Has everyone got their Christmas lists."
"Yes, mum."
"Are we ready now? Don't laugh Chrissie. Now, children, hold hands and follow the twinkling lanterns."
"What's a lantern, daddy?"
"Hold my hand, Luc, and daddy's and we'll take you to see Santa."
"We've off to see Santa!"
