James relaxed on the bed as he savoured his brandy. His thoughts turning to his team, bloody Guns Island and the close call that there hadn’t been a diplomatic incident over it, not just with the Irish but the French as well.

Still, there had been a few unforeseen benefits to the almost catastrophe and he allowed himself a lazy grin as one of them turned the shower off before sauntering out of the bathroom. Naked as the day he was born.

“Brandy, Fabrice?” James drawled. “Or something a little more carnal?”

He groaned as his tongue tangled with Fabrice’s.
