Ryan groaned as he surveyed the mess left from the ARC’s New Year’s Eve office party. “Dot is not going to be happy cleaning this lot up.”
“Then I suggest you wake everyone up and get them to tidy it up before she arrives.”
“Couldn’t you just.” Ryan paused before glancing around to check they were alone before he continued, “Snap you fingers and get rid of all the evidence?”
“I will remind you that magic is not for trivial uses, my dear Tom.”
“Oh? So, last night?”
“That was not a trivial matter, Tom. We were out of lube.”
