Connor woke and frowned in confusion as he looked around the strange room; before suddenly recalling Lester finding him at the ARC and offering him a place to stay...
He dragged himself from the bed, not wanting to risk making Lester late and was still half-asleep when he stood beneath the shower and hit the controls.
He let out a shriek and almost fell from the shower.
"Temple?"
"It's freezing!"
"No it's not. It is precisely 21ºC, the perfect temperature to wake the mind and invigorate the body. Now hurry up, you've got ten minutes before I leave for work."
