A/N: For the P100 challenge 181 'Goodbye'. Sequel to Grief. Thanks to Luka for looking at it.

A shiver ran down Connor's back. His grief-stricken mind must have finally cracked as he thought he heard his beloved's voice call out his name.

He swung around when a hand squeezed his shoulder, ready to scream at whoever had disturbed his farewell to his soulmate. To the one who had made him whole.

Connor's mouth opened and closed soundlessly, as he stood blinking in shock at the very real individual standing in front of him.

“Conn ...?”

With a harsh sob, Connor launched himself at his beloved, hugging them so very tight as tears of joy ran unchecked down his face.
