A/N: For P100 prompt 769: Keeping Warm, Sequel to Not Enough.
As the sun sank beneath the horizon, Lester left his station at the cave entrance and retreated to the welcome warmth of the fire Blade had started. He shivered as he sat beside the fire, earning himself a concerned glance from the soldier before Blade tossed another branch onto the fire.
Although Lester was grateful for the added warmth, it couldn’t chase the fears for his team from his mind – whether they had escaped alive – and he shivered again.
He heard movement beside him and then an arm wrapped around his shoulders, pulling him against the welcome warmth of Blade.
