I only have time for a quick comment because I'm in the middle of a beta, but I'm lovin' this story so far! :-) As you've probably guessed, I like seeing Lester and Abby interact with each other. That's one reason why I really like the premise of your story as you have them becoming involved romantically. Throwing Ditzy into the mix just makes this story all the more interesting! Of course, I'm absolutely lovin' the hurt/comfort because I'm a hurt/comfort fiend! But what's wrong with Lester? You can't leave us hanging like this!
