They're heard the lies which had dropped from poisoned lips; witnessed the promises whispered in the night, only to be forgotten in the morning. If only they could have spoken, so much hurt and pain could have been avoided, but instead they could only watch as She manipulated the two men and hope they realised that truth for themselves.
They had feared it would never happen when raised voices flung incriminations, until last night. Now, they watched over the two new lovers sleeping soundly in each others arms and knew the two men had broken Her hold over their lives.
