Philip smiled and made small talk as he circulated the party, looking for the minister even as he went over the plan once more. Not that he expected to find a flaw in his lover's planning, there never was.
He spotted the minister and smoothly made his way towards the man. With the inside information his lover had provided about the ARC and the anomalies, Philip knew exactly how to get the minister's agreement. The idiot would jump at the offer of a private-public initiative and Philip meeting all the costs.
How could he not after the Triceratops in Parliament?
