Sid peered around the corner and, when he spotted the spoiler of all their fun, chirped softly to Nancy.
He heard her shrill squeak before a crash sounded and crouched under a chair as their foe charged past. Leaving unguarded the place with all of its interesting places and things to poke his nose into. Lovely, tasty things which he would share with Nancy.
Waddling as quickly as he could, Sid rooted around until he heard returning footsteps, he quickly grabbed a shoe and bolted as swiftly as his feet could carry him, to the angry yell of their nemesis.
